Responding to the ever-rising performance expectations of new energy vehicles, REPT BATTERO introduced its Wending® solid-liquid hybrid battery technology platform, covering both manganese-based and high-nickel chemistries. The manganese-based cell, purpose-built for mainstream electric passenger cars and plug-in hybrids, retains more than 80% capacity even at -40°C and achieves a cycle life exceeding 4,000 charges. For premium long-range flagship models, the high-nickel variant reaches an energy density of 280–400 Wh/kg, delivering the high-end power and range required by top-tier NEVs.
Addressing the punishing environments faced by new energy commercial vehicles, REPT BATTERO launched a 350 kWh laminated, cluster-free battery for construction-oriented NEVs such as concrete mixers and short-distance dump trucks. By reducing the number of system components, it boosts both operating economy and reliability. For mining trucks, the company’s 2C ultra-fast charging battery cuts a single recharge to approximately 30 minutes—lifting haulage capacity by 11.4% while trimming fleet procurement costs by 11%.
