On July 10th, at its 2025 Global Partner Summit, Svolt Energy unveiled its comprehensive "4+1" product brand portfolio:

Fort Off-Road Battery

Short-Blade Battery

Dragon Shield Battery

FarRoad Battery

Broadsword ESS & Solid-State Battery

1.  Fort Off-Road Battery 2.0 (80kWh): World's Largest PHEV Battery

Svolt Energy introduced the Fort Off-Road Battery 2.0, the world's highest-capacity plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) battery. Incorporating breakthrough technologies including the Super Fort Structure, Multi-layer Bottom Protection, and Active/Passive Smart Fusing, the battery achieves significantly enhanced safety.

With an 80kWh capacity – currently the largest PHEV battery on the market – it supports over 400km of pure electric range. The 6C ultra-fast charging enables 30%-80% SOC replenishment in 8 minutes, delivering a safer and more efficient driving experience.

2.  Short-Blade Battery (6C Fast-Charging): True Fast Charging with End-Stage Boost

Svolt Energy's upgraded Short-Blade Battery features 6C ultra-fast charging and end-stage acceleration. Core technologies like Anode Microcrystalline Reorganization, Low-Viscosity Self-Healing SEI Electrolyte, and Hot Lamination Stacking Process ensure safety and longevity during 6C charging.

Its Multi-factor Fusion Charging Strategy reduces charging time above 80% SOC by 25%, addressing critical fast-charging needs for 60% of EV owners.

3.  Dragon Shield Battery (800V PHEV): Thermoelectric Separation for Ultimate Safety

The Dragon Shield Battery (65kWh) adopts an 800V architecture with 5C charging capability. It guarantees zero thermal propagation at 55°C through:

- Thermoelectric Separation: Bottom-positioned vents isolate ejecta from electrical components

- "Sandwich" Structural Design: Increases volume utilization by 5%

Now in mass production, the 2nd-gen battery will deploy in multiple vehicles in H2 2025.

4.  Broadsword ESS + FlexPod System: Streamlined Global Deployment

Svolt Energy's Broadsword ESS integrates into the next-gen FlexPod Modular Energy Storage System via three core technologies:

1) Short-Blade Stacked Cells

2) CTR (Cell to Rack) Design

3) Stacked Cabin System

This achieves 30% higher structural strength, 36% fewer components, and resolves overseas transport limitations for 6+MWh systems – cutting logistics costs by 13%.

5.  Solid-State Advancements: Pioneering Next-Gen Energy Storage

- Semi-Solid-State Battery: 78Ah cell with 360Wh/kg density for eVTOL/humanoid robots

- All-Solid-State Battery: 3rd-gen Hot Lamination Stacking tech boosts production efficiency 100% with mass-production feasibility

Conclusion: Innovation Anchored in Market Needs

From the Fort Off-Road Battery 2.0 eliminating range anxiety, to the Short-Blade Battery’s end-stage charging breakthrough, Dragon Shield Battery’s safety innovations, and Broadsword ESS’s global adaptability – Svolt Energy’s "4+1" matrix targets core pain points to cement competitive differentiation. This portfolio will drive sustained growth in market share and sales.
