Our Taiwanese customer purchased EVE 230Ah, REPT 150Ah, and REPT 280Ah batteries, as well as 24V 80A chargers.
Our customer had often purchased chargers from us before; however, due to our product quality, service, and price, they started purchasing lithium batteries from us as well.
In early December 2023, our customer placed an order for EVE 105Ah, EVE 230Ah, REPT 150Ah, and REPT 280Ah batteries, 16 pieces each. These batteries were intended to demonstrate the quality of the batteries as well as the welding skills to the customer. The customer also provided on-site guidance on battery pole design and other issues.
In mid-December 2023, our customer visited EVE's factory in Hubei accompanied by us, and then came to our company and processing factory to provide guidance with their professional knowledge. At the same time, we also demonstrated our professionalism to the customer.
We provide an inspection report for each batch of batteries to our customer. From the following inspection report, it can be clearly seen that all the batteries we provide are of the highest quality and have the best matching consistency. The capacity difference within the matched group is <1.6%, the voltage difference within the matched group is <3mV, the internal resistance difference within the matched group is <0.05mΩ, and the internal resistance of a single cell is <0.3mΩ.
We have our own welding machines to weld battery poles for customers.
These batteries will be used in warehouse logistics vehicles such as forklifts and stackers. Since vibration during use is severe, we customized the pole design to increase the contact area, and used copper connecting pieces and anti-slip nuts. These materials can withstand 7 Nm without deforming or falling off.
We helped the customer purchase end plates and accessories. These end plates will be placed at both ends of the connected battery pack to fix and protect the batteries.
All batteries were placed on pallets, totaling 12 pallets, 5,427.00 kg, and 8.81 CBM.
The batteries were shipped by sea to Keelung Port in Taiwan and arrived in just two days.
