Then, after confirming the battery supply, we provided a quotation to the customer and checked the air freight cost to Egypt.
Later, the customer told us that he also needed 100 pcs of Panasonic 3400mAh batteries and confirmed various details about transportation.
After the customer got the answer, he sent us a PO.
According to the PO, we prepared a proforma invoice including the total cost of the batteries and freight, and sent it to the customer.
The customer provided the invoice to their company for review, and finally, two months later, we received the customer's payment.
We quickly arranged the purchase of the batteries and tried to ship them as soon as possible.
