We have recently sent 700 pcs of 3.2V 100Ah GBS-LFP100Ah-E cells to a regular customer in South Africa.
As before, the 100Ah cells will be used in the 8S 25.6V 100Ah energy storage systems. We designed the jigs and straps according to the customer’s application, which can bundle up to 8 cells, and provided suitable busbars and bolt assemblies for the customer to easily connect and fix the cells.
The cells were tested before shipment, and the consistency of the cells was very good.

Voltage difference: 0.001V
Internal resistance difference: 0.025mΩ
We grouped the cells according to the customer's application to ensure that each group of 8 cells has high consistency.
Regarding shipping, 700 cells were packed on 2 pallets, totaling 1843 kg and 2.597 CBM.
The goods have been shipped by sea to Durban port and will then be delivered to Johannesburg, with an expected total transit time of about 32 days.
