The 2025 China Commercial Vehicle Show (CCVS) recently took place at the Wuhan International Expo Center. CALB made a remarkable appearance, bringing its complete “ZHIYUAN” product portfolio—offering energy solutions for all types of light and heavy commercial vehicles—which captured widespread industry attention.

At the exhibition, CALB presented its advanced products and technological capabilities across a full range of commercial vehicle scenarios:
For short-distance transport in closed environments such as ports, mines, and steel plants, CALB introduced the HL series, featuring single, double, and triple modules covering capacities from 120 to 600 kWh. Supported by a 4-module frame architecture, the series extends beyond 800 kWh solutions, achieving an energy density of up to 167 Wh/kg.
For long-haul logistics with heavy-duty commercial vehicles, CALB highlighted its “ZHIYUAN” GL series, delivering ultra-fast charging and extended service life. Single packs exceed 150 kWh and support continuous 2C fast charging. By adopting a protective cell structure and layered assembly design, the series achieves a 10% reduction in weight and over 40% improvement in volumetric energy density. CALB is also developing a 203 kWh underfloor GL single-pack product, targeting an ultra-long lifespan of 10 years and 1.5 million kilometers.
For urban delivery and intercity logistics with light trucks, the displayed “ZHIYUAN” light truck battery system emphasizes high capacity and long driving range. A single pack reaches 134 kWh, significantly improving ground clearance and meeting EKG standards for light trucks. Additionally, without altering the pack dimensions, CALB has developed the industry’s largest 176 kWh battery pack, enabling a total range of over 500 km.
Furthermore, CALB shared on site its “Five-Super” battery technology and delivered a keynote on the future of electrification in commercial applications, promoting open collaboration and mutual success while reinforcing the industrial foundation through continuous innovation.
CALB remains committed to its spirit of innovation, partnering with stakeholders across the industrial chain to drive the green and sustainable development of the commercial vehicle sector and help accelerate the transition of the transportation industry toward a zero-carbon future.
