HiTHIUM Unveils Long-Duration Energy Storage and AI Data Center Solutions at Solar & Storage Live KSA 2025

October 14, Riyadh, KSA – From October 12 to 14, HiTHIUM presented its full-scenario energy storage solutions at Solar & Storage Live Riyadh, emphasizing its latest innovations in long-duration energy storage, sodium-ion technology, and AI Data Center (AIDC) energy systems. The exhibition attracted significant interest from industry experts, customers, and partners across the Middle East.

At the event, HiTHIUM featured its ∞Cell 1175Ah long-duration battery and 6.25MWh energy storage system, the ∞Cell N162Ah sodium-ion battery, as well as a specialized energy storage solution tailored for AI data centers—showcasing the company’s ongoing breakthroughs in high-capacity storage and hybrid technologies.

In the conference zone, Giriraj Rathore, Senior Director of Global Market & Business Development at HiTHIUM, delivered a keynote speech titled “Long Duration Energy Storage Driven by AIDC & KSA Localization.” He detailed HiTHIUM’s strategy for integrating long-duration energy storage with AI data center energy systems. With Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 fueling exponential growth in AI data center energy demand, a stable and reliable power supply is essential. HiTHIUM’s AIDC solution combines an 8-hour lithium Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with a 1-hour sodium-ion BESS to balance efficiency and redundancy. Advanced thermal management and optimized cooling further help reduce operational costs. Backed by HiTHIUM’s growing local manufacturing and O&M capabilities in Saudi Arabia, the solution enables rapid deployment and high reliability for AI data centers.

Giriraj also joined a panel discussion on grid flexibility, exploring how energy storage systems improve grid stability and the role various battery technologies play in modern energy infrastructure.

Meanwhile, Sivagaru, Sr. Manager of Application Engineering, gave a presentation at HiTHIUM’s booth, further emphasizing the importance of long-duration storage in AI-driven energy systems. He illustrated how lithium-sodium hybrid technology provides an efficient and sustainable energy foundation for data centers in the region.

Beyond AIDC solutions, HiTHIUM displayed a diverse product portfolio covering utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I), and residential applications. This included the Desert Eagle ∞Power 6.25 MWh 4-hour BESS, designed for high-temperature sandy environments; the ∞Block 261kWh C&I BESS for flexible deployment; and the HeroEE residential series for fast and affordable energy access. Together, these offerings underscore HiTHIUM’s forward-looking technology roadmap and comprehensive full-scenario capabilities.

In recent years, HiTHIUM has strengthened its presence across the Middle East—spanning cell manufacturing, system integration, and localized services. Its participation in Solar & Storage Live Riyadh highlights HiTHIUM’s leadership in the global energy storage sector, as well as its rapid deployment of solutions tailored for AI data centers and long-duration storage—driving the energy transition in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
