We have a customer from Austria whose battery system originally used 3.7V 120Ah ternary lithium batteries. Currently, the system has malfunctioned and requires a batch of replacement batteries, but the model previously used by the customer has been out of production for many years. To address this, we recommended two alternative options: SVOLT 3.7V 117Ah ternary lithium batteries and CALB 3.7V 113Ah ternary lithium batteries. The customer ultimately selected the SVOLT 3.7V 117Ah ternary lithium batteries. We have now prepared this batch of batteries for the customer and will arrange shipment as soon as possible.
The batteries will be shipped to the customer via UPS, and the customer is expected to receive them around August 10.
